1. Shipping Availability
  • Australia-wide Shipping: We currently offer delivery to all states and territories within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Shipping Locations: We ship to both residential and business addresses.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or special promotions.

  • Dispatch: Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and delivery location of your order. We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure you receive your condiments as quickly as possible.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery. Expected delivery time is 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

4. Delivery Timeframes
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, please note that delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays).

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your order’s progress.

5. Order Tracking
  • After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to check the status of your delivery.

6. Missing or Damaged Items
  • If your order arrives with missing items or is damaged, please contact us at info@thelarder.shop within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly, whether it’s by sending replacements or processing a refund.

7. Address Accuracy
  • To ensure your order is delivered without delay, please double-check that the shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details. If an error is found after dispatch, we will assist you where possible, but additional fees may apply for re-routing your order.
